    • At this time, Flux Dimensions ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Flux Dimensions ships merchandise worldwide. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

      Please allow up to 4-5 business days (thats Mon-Friday) for orders to be shipped.

    • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

      Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. TS Hobbies is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

We do NOT change the value on customs forms. If you buy $100 worth or product, then the value is $100.

    • Flux Dimensions charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state of Georgia sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

  • Return Policy

    • All returns must be accompanied with the original invoice received with your order and sent to the attention of

    • All returned items must be returned in saleable condition (to be determined by DisplayStandsDirect ).
    • Only items returned to DisplaystandsDirect  because of our error and within 7 days will be credited to your credit card. If the return is because of our mistake, we will also credit return postage-but not the original postage that accompanied the order. We do ask that you return it via Parcel Post through the United States Postal Service.
    • No returns will be approved on customized products.  


    • Items with minor blemishes are generally not considered defective items. If a returned item is deemed to be in “sellable” condition by DisplaystandDirect , you will be given credit for the returned merchandise minus a 10% restock fee , but not for the original or return postage.
