Cobra FANG Display stand

Tired of seeing your FANG sitting there waiting to take off? Display it in the air!

This display stand is made from 1/4" thick acrylic with the Cobra emblem and FANG engraved on this base.

The base is 4" in diameter, and the support ,with Kung Fu grip! is 4" tall.

Just slightly squeeze the skids to insert them into the support. Depending on where you place the FANG on the support, it will rest in a climb,dive or level (all banked) for dramatic display.
If you have a vintage Fang with 'squished' skids, then it may be too loose to work on this stand. To check this, sit your Fang on a flat surface, if the skids do not sit flush on the surface, and seem toed inwards, then it may be too loose to work on this stand.

NOTE* There are 2 versions of the skids on the vintage toy, the typical version has a smooth bottom to the skids,that is the version this stand is designed for. The rarer version has a hump on the bottom of the skid, it will not work on this stand. 

Occasionally some parts may fit into the base slightly loose. This is due to the acrylic not always being exactly the same thickness, it can be .5 mm different. You may use super glue on the parts tab that inserts into the base. If you do so, please use only  a very small amount,this will tighten the part, your not actually trying to glue it.
